The building was fully reconstructed in 2020, successfully preserving the charm of authentic wooden architecture while integrating modern technologies and energy-efficient design solutions, including rooftop solar panels. It is an ideal place for both family holidays and a peaceful seaside getaway.

Amenities and equipment: The apartments are bright and cosy, finished in light tones with quality interior décor, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay:

• Full furnishing: Each apartment has a kitchen area with the necessary appliances and utensils (refrigerator, kettle, dishes), a dining table, a flat-screen TV, as well as a modern shower room with toilet and hairdryer.
• Air conditioning and heating: Some rooms offer climate control for added comfort. Free Wi-Fi and parking: Guests have free wireless internet at their disposal. Drivers can use free private parking in a closed and fenced courtyard.
• Courtyard relaxation area: The well-kept green grounds offer a terrace or inner courtyard (patio) with outdoor furniture, barbecue (BBQ) facilities, and a children's playground.
• Communication: The accommodation staff and hosts kindly communicate in Latvian, English and Russian.
